India’s World T20 squad is a leap of faith with experiments inconclusive. The players have not shown good performance in recent games. Their performance at the Asia Cup 2022 was wanting.
India lost back-to-back matches against Sri Lanka and Pakistan in the super four round. And that resulted in their elimination in the early stages of the tournament.
India’s batting is on second gear, as per observations. The players are not at their best, and that could result in their attack being taken apart by opponents.
Hardik Pandya is India’s main hope at the T20 World Cup. The superstar will be cotton-wooled at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bangalore when the rest of the Indian players will be facing South Africa and Australia.
