Sonya and Dell Curry welcomed Stephen Curry into the world on March 14th, 1988, in the city of Akron, Ohio.

Because his father was also an NBA player, he ended up living in the cities where his father played. He was raised in Charlotte for most of his childhood, except for a few years in Toronto.

Curry received his education at Charlotte Christian School, where he was the team captain and helped them win multiple conference titles and qualify for the state playoffs.

He ultimately decided to enrol at Davidson College, where he lit up the March Madness Tournament during his junior year, attracting significant interest from NBA teams. He went on to play professionally in the NBA.
