Who are the heaviest WWE wrestlers of all time? When it comes to wrestling, we can all agree that size matters, except for Rey Mysterio who faced and defeated opponents twice as big as him. Wrestling is a sport for the heavyweights, especially WWE, where we have seen the massive superstars tower over their competitors to win matches and titles.
In modern wrestling, we have the likes of Gunther, Omos and Bobby Lashley who are very strong. But are they really giants like their predecessors? Well, read on to find out who are the top ten heaviest WWE wrestlers of all time.
10. Gorilla Monsoon – 440lbs

One of the voices of professional wrestling in the 1980s and 90s, Gorilla Monsoon was also an authority figure in WWE. Many fans know him for his job as a commentator, which makes it easy to forget that he was also a wrestler who fought in the ring several times. Monsoon’s weight varied during his wrestling days, but at his heaviest, he weighed 440lbs.
9. One Man Gang – 450lbs
George Gray is a former professional wrestler better known by his ring name One Man Gang. Weighing 450lbs, he is one of the heaviest WWE wrestlers of all time. One Man Gang spent three decades at WWE where he was Akeem “The African Dream”, a notable dancer who acknowledged his African roots.
8. Vader – 450lbs
With a background in NFL, Vader emerged as one of the most powerful wrestlers. He was also one of the heaviest superstars and weighed 450lbs at the peak of his weight. Outside WWE, he worked with several other promotions before passing away on 18 June 2018. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2022.
7 Uncle Elmer – 450lbs
Another 450 pounder here, Uncle Elmer was an absolutely huge figure that even struggled to move around the ring. He was brought into WWE to become part of Hillbilly Jim’s family, a role which he did play well. He passed away on 1 July 1992.
6. King Kong Bundy – 458lbs

At 458lbs, King Kong Bundy was a force to be reckoned with in WWE’s ring. He wasn’t successful in his title pursuits but was a headache to other wrestlers in the ring, with notable feuds against the likes of Hulk Hogan, Randy Savage, The British Bulldogs and Bam Bam Bigelow.
5. Earthquake – 468lbs
At his heaviest, Earthquake weighed 468lbs. WWE booked him as a monster heel who often sent his opponents to the hospital. He recorded victories against the likes of Hercules, Ted DiBiase and Greg Valentine, among others. He died on 7 June 2006.
4. Viscera – 500lbs
Whether you knew him as Viscera or Big Daddy V, the fact that he was massive remains constant. He is often brought up when the topic of discussion is the biggest or heaviest wrestlers the world has ever seen. At his heaviest, he weighed 500lbs. Viscera died on 18 February 2014.

Just using your eyes, you can tell that Big Show is one of the heaviest WWE wrestlers of all time. At a stage, Vince McMahon’s promotion billed Big Show as the “World’s Largest Athlete”. The former WWE Champion weighed 441lbs during his time at WWE, but at his heaviest, he weighed more.
2. Andre the Giant – 540lbs
WWE’s first Hall of Famer was a giant in the ring. The French legendary wrestler stood at 7 ft 4 in and weighed a massive 540lbs. WWE used his size to their advantage, positioning him as the top heel for several years and facing the likes of Hulk Hogan. Andre the Giant passed away on 28 January 1993.
1. Yokozuna – 600lbs
Weighing 600lbs, Yokozuna is the heaviest wrestler to ever step inside WWE’s ring, and no one even comes close. He weighs 60lbs more than Andre the Giant and 63lbs more than the Big Show.

According to GiveMeSport, WWE actually fired Yokozuna because of health concerns. Following his departure, the Samoan wrestler went on to add more weight and supposedly reached 760lb. He unfortunately passed away on 23 October 2000 at the young age of 34.
