5. Toni Kroos (Germany) – 4 assists

Over the years, the Colombian winger has built quite a name for himself. Cuadrado is a very flexible player who can play as a winger and midfielder due to his speed and dribbling abilities.
Cuadrado has a straightforward approach to the game, which, combined with his extremely good decision-making abilities, earns him a spot on this list. In the World Cup, he has five assists.
Like many other players on the list, the Colombian excelled at the 2014 World Cup. He had three assists in two group stage matches and one in the Round of 16 against Uruguay.
However, his team was defeated in the quarter-finals by Brazil.

At the 2014 World Cup, Rodriguez was awarded the Golden Boot. In five games, he scored six goals. In three World Cups, the Colombian midfielder has contributed five assists.

Argentina came close to winning the 2014 edition, but Mario Gotze’s goal ended their hopes. Undoubtedly, Messi won the 2014 World Cup golden ball.
1. Pele (Brazil)-10 assists
Pele is widely regarded as the greatest player of all time. This is due to his exceptional stature. Only Messi and Ronaldo can compete with the Brazilian legend.
Pele has four World Cup appearances and the most assists (10). He has set numerous incredible records that have yet to be broken. In his first three World Cups, he only had three assists.
However, the Brazilian was in spectacular form at the 1970 World Cup, scoring seven goals and providing seven assists. He also had three assists in two World Cup finals (1958 and 1970), which Brazil won.
