It’s the second time that an Arsenal player has won Premier League Player of the Month, with Martin Odegaard receiving the award last year. Saka is the 22nd different Arsenal player to win the prize, the most by any any other Premier League team.

Saka claimed the award after scoring three goals and assisting two in four Premier League appearances this month. He started the month with a goal and an assist as the Gunners thrashed Everton 4-0. He then ended the month with three goal involvements in the win over Crystal Palace, scoring two and assisting one.

Saka won the award after the public’s votes on the EA Sports websiter were combined with those of a panel of football experts. He becomes the fifth player to win the Player of the Month award this season. Erling Haaland won the award in August, Marcus Rashford in September, Miguel Almiron in October and Martin Odegaard in November/December. Marcus Rashford won the award again in January and February.

Arteta Named Manager Of The Month

Arsenal fans have another reason to celebrate as Mikel Arteta was once again voted the Premier League Manager of the Month. He beat Manchester City’s Pep Guardiola, Aston Villa’s Unai Emery and Brighton’s Roberto De Zebri to the prize.

Arteta has won the award for the fourth time this season and is only one away from Jurgen Klopp’s record of five in a season. The other managers who have won the award this season are Erik ten Hag (September, February) and Eddie Howe (October).

Mikel Arteta guided Arsenal to a perfect March as they won all the matches to stretch their lead at the top of the Premier League table.

Mikel Arteta’s team scored 14 goals in the process, beating Everton, AFC Bournemouth, Fulham and Crystal Palace. He did well by bringing on Reiss Nelson, who equalized for the Gunners before scoring the winner in an incredible 3-2 turnaround against AFC Bournemouth.

Goal Of The Month

Jonny’s long-range goal against Leeds United has been voted as March’s Goal of the Month. He scored a looping first-time volley from 41 yards, thanks to the clearance by Leeds United goalkeeper Illan Meslier which went straight to him.

Jonny beat seven other contenders and is the sixth player to win the Goal of the Month this season.
