Fabio Vieira began his football journey playing for Porto as a small boy. He went through the club’s youth set-up and was part of the squad that won the 2018-19 UEFA Youth League. He scored the first goal in his side’s 3-1 win over Chelsea in the final.

On 24 February 2019, Fabio Vieira made his senior debut with Porto B as a substitute in a 1-0 defeat to Arouca. He scored his first senior goal exactly six months and a day later in a 3-1 victory over Farense.
