Career
Marc Andre ter Stegen began his football journey at hometown team Borussia Monchengladbach in 1996. He went through the club’s youth set-up until 2010 when he became a regular for the reserve team.
Ter Stegen soon joined the senior team and established himself as the star. After four seasons with the Bundesliga side, making 108 league appearances, ter Stegen secured a transfer to Spanish side FC Barcelona.
