“I’ve leaned on my religion. I was saved when I was 14. I accepted Christ as my saviour. He died on the cross and paid for my sins. I could have gone the wrong way. I could have self-destructed, but I took the high road.” Wikipedia quotes Hulk Hogan.
Religion has become an important aspect of Hulk Hogan’s life, which is important considering his age.
3. Enjoys Karaoke
When wrestling fans hear the name Hulk Hogan, they instantly think about his matches and championships. But outside the ring, Hogan is a normal man who loves karaoke.
The legendary wrestler hosts a session of karaoke at his bar on Monday nights and attends these evenings. Sometimes he even takes the mic and sings for those at the bar.
4. Wanted To Commit Suicide
Legendary wrestler Hulk Hogan married Linda Claridge on December 18, 1983. In November 2007, Linda filed for divorce after Christiane Plante claimed that Hogan had an affair with her while shooting the television show Hogan Knows Best.
Linda and Hulk Hogan ended their marriage, and the wrestler retained just 30% of the couple’s liquid assets. Afterwards, Hogan considered committing suicide and was prevented from doing so by Laila Ali, who was his co-star on American Gladiators.

Well, this has always been a debate because The Rock and Ronda Rousey have also appeared on the cover of Sports Illustrated. However, it’s good to note that The Rock’s cover came after his massive success in Hollywood and was published alongside his football career.
Ronda Rousey was on the cover mainly because of her UFC career and modelling. Unlike the two, Hulk Hogan was on the cover of Sports Illustrated strictly because of his wrestling career. He graced the cover in April 1985.
6. Close Friend With Jimmy Hart
One of the things many people don’t know about Hulk Hogan is that he is close friends with Jimmy Hart in real life. The two have been great manager and client duo over the years, and their relationship does not only exist on television.
