  • Cristiano Ronaldo could leave Manchester United in the January transfer window
  • Chelsea have reignited interests in PSG and Brazil forward Neymar Jr and will look at a possible loan deal in January
  • Joao Felix’s time at Atletico Madrid is almost over as the Portuguese is growing unsettled at the club

Manchester United are expected to offload Cristiano Ronaldo soon and they are set to part ways with striker in January that they will consider terminating his contract if nobody makes a move to sign the unsettled forward.

Still in the Premier League Sky Germany reports Harry Kane continues to attract strong interests from German giants Bayern Munich because of growing concerns that, despite their progress this season, Tottenham will not be able to genuinely compete for trophies soon enough.

After declining a loan move last summer, Chelsea are ready to reignite interest in PSG and Brazil winger Neymar, who could be allowed to leave to ease tensions with Kylian Mbappe. A loan move would be preferred but Chelsea would move for a permanent deal if the price was right.

Liverpool have joined Manchester City and Real Madrid in expressing an interest in Napoli star Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.

Once his loan with Inter is up, Chelsea will allow Romelu Lukaku to return to San Siro on another 12-month deal before pursuing a permanent departure in 2024, Italian outlet calcio reported.

AC Milan are looking to sign another Chelsea striker, and its the academy product Armando Broja, in January and are pursuing a six-month loan deal for Hakim Ziyech as well.

Joao Felix’s frustrations at Atletico Madrid have caught the eye of PSG, Bayern Munich and an unnamed English club, believed to be Manchester United.

There is a ‘strong feeling’ in Italy that Antonio Conte would jump at the chance to return to former employers Juventus and he is delaying all contract talks with Tottenham in the hope of sealing a dream return.

Arsenal remain in the market for a left-sided centre-back and could move for Eintracht Frankfurt’s Evan Ndicka in January.

AS has reported that Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed that Real Madrid will hold talks with Marco Asensio over a new contract once the World Cup is over.

Barcelona have added Valencia midfielder Hugo Guillamon to their long list of potential replacements for Sergio Busquets. The 22-year-old has a €50m release clause in his contract.

With his Man City contract set to end in 2023, Ilkay Gundogan has attracted interest from Turkish giants Galatasaray.

Juventus have sent scouts to watch Valencia goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili.

Meanwhile back in the Premier League, troubled Wolves have confirmed Steve Davis will remain as caretaker head coach until 2023 as their search for a permanent boss goes on.

Davis assumed caretaker duties after Bruno Lage was sacked earlier this month with the club in the relegation zone, before former Sevilla head coach Julen Lopetegui reportedly rejected the job.

Since taking over as caretaker, Wolves have lost two of their three matches, though they did claim victory over fellow strugglers Nottingham Forest between those two defeats.

The announcement comes after earlier reports that Queens Park Rangers’ Michael Beale had turned down Wolves’ approach to take over at Molineux.

In a statement on the club’s official website, chairman Jeff Shi: “In the short time Steve and his team have been in interim charge of the first-team, we have already seen improvements to the group.

“We have no plans to rush our search for a new permanent head coach and will not compromise in any way our approach to appointing the person we believe to be the perfect fit for our club, our squad and the role of head coach at Wolves.”
