Defender Hassan Kessy has joined the KMC club owned by Kinondoni Municipal Council on a one-year contract after completing his spell with the Mtibwa Sugar team based in Manungu in the Morogoro region.

The right-back joined Mtibwa Sugar after leaving the Zambian club Nkana Red Devils where he played for just a season and returned to East African country, Tanzania.

He has now signed a one-year contract with KMC and has already reported to camp in the Morogoro region for camp for the preparation of the new season.

Kessy who is the legal husband of the national women’s team striker (Twiga stars) Asha Mwalala has featured for Simba sc club that took him from Mtibwa Sugar and later joined Yanga sc.
