The Mali soccer staff has suffered a setback with the information that Yves Bissouma is out of the African Cup of Nations (Afcon) after struggling a fractured shoulder.
The 22-year-old Bissouma presently performs for English Premier League membership Brighton and Hove Albion, and has been with them since he signed from French membership Lille two years in the past.
Brighton have said that the midfielder might want to endure surgical procedure and will miss the beginning of this 2019/2020 marketing campaign.
Mali’s first sport at Afcon is from debutants Mauritania at Suez on June 24.
