Career
Moise Kean began his football journey at Asti in 2005. He spent two years at the academy before moving to Torino and later Juventus in 2010. The youngster went through Juventus’ youth set-up for seven years and scored 24 goals in 25 matches for Juventus U19 during the 2015-16 season.
Following his impressive performance, Kean began training with the senior team and made his debut on 19 November 2016 in a 3-0 victory over Pescara, replacing Mario Mandzukic in the 84th minute.
Kean was at the time 16 years, 265 days, making him Juventus’ youngest-ever debutant. He also became the first player born in 2000s to play in one of Europe’s major leagues. Four days later, he became the first player born in 2000s to play in the UEFA Champions League.
Kean signed a new deal with Juventus during the summer of 2017 and was loaned out to Hellas Verona for one season. He scored his first goal for the Serie A club on 1 October in a 2-2 draw against Torino.
