He was enrolled at the Kadji Sports Academy in Cameroon and a few years later, he left for Germany where he joined VfB Stuttgart. He was then loaned out to Kaiserslautern and back to Stuttgart.
He was loaned again to Kaiserslautern, to Stade Rennais, Auxerre, Kayseri Erciyesspor, Metz, Waasland-Beveren and to Kocaelispor in Turkey.

Brought up in Cameroon, Mandjeck began his career at the Kadji Sports Academy but later left for Germany where he joined VfB Stuttgart and made his debut which turned out to be his only competitive appearance for the club.
He was then loaned out to Kaiserslautern for the end of the season before returning to Stuttgart. The player was on a second loan to Kaiserslautern and the following season he joined Stade Rennais, Auxerre and then Kayseri Erciyesspor on a three-year contract at a fee of $4.35 million.
