Harvey Elliott – Liverpool

Harvey Elliott is a midfield player for Liverpool who has made 23 of his 33 league appearances off the bench in 2023–24. Jurgen Klopp has expressed remorse about his deployment of Elliott this season.
Elliott leads all players in assists since the beginning of the season, with 11 in his past 10 starts. The only player with more assists than Elliott in all competitions is Kevin De Bruyne. Elliott has been a member of the Liverpool club since 2019, so it’s easy to forget that he’s still only 21.
Gareth Southgate may be a wild card for England in the summer even though he has a number of choices with comparable profiles.
Elliot Anderson – Newcastle
Anderson, 21, fought his way into the Newcastle team following a great summer, but a back injury kept him out of action for a considerable amount of the season. Anderson is another player whose bright pre-season ended early in the campaign.
When Joelinton was out of the lineup, he was given a chance to play and he took it. He is now fully fit. Due to his impressive box-to-box intensity and passing variety in the Magpies’ midfield, the Scotland U-21 international may be promoted into the senior team for the European Championship this summer.
Since coming to St. James’ Park, Eddie Howe has helped a number of players grow and develop, and he will be eager to collaborate closely with Anderson, who may be a regular in the squad the next year.
Alex Scott – Bournemouth

Last summer, top-tier teams fought for the signing of the EFL Championship’s Young Player of the Season, Alex Scott, from Bristol City. Bournemouth emerged victorious in the competition.
In addition to being in and out of the Bournemouth team during his debut Premier League season, the midfielder—who does not turn 21 until August—has also seen his development impeded by injuries.
But Scott has had some truly outstanding moments as well. He carries the ball past barriers with assurance and seems to glide while in possession. Scott, who debuted for the England u-21 team in March and has the potential to play at the senior level, has the Cherries rather thrilled.
Amad Diallo – Manchester United
Amad Diallo was expecting a good season at Manchester United, but a long-term injury suffered in preseason struck tragedy. While on loan at Sunderland the previous season, Diallo lit up the Championship, scoring 14 goals to win the PFA Fans’ Player of the Year title, which is the second division.
A thrilling last-second victory in the storied FA Cup victory against Liverpool served as a reminder of Diallo’s ability, and last weekend, he excelled in his first Premier League start of the year against Arsenal.
The 21-year-old has seen costly and unproductive players fill wide positions at Manchester United, and he is entitled to an equal opportunity to establish himself at Old Trafford.
Jhon Duran – Aston Villa

With two goals off the bench against Liverpool this week, Jhon Duran demonstrated his quality. Although Ollie Watkins’ success at Aston Villa has made it difficult for the 20-year-old to play on a regular basis, he has demonstrated enough this season to indicate he has a bright future ahead of him.
In the Premier League this season, Duran has averaged a goal per 74.6 minutes and has eight goals in all competitions despite only making six starts. Although Villa will be hesitant to lose a player who has already earned eight caps for Colombia at the international level, Chelsea and West Ham asked about his availability during the January transfer window.
Duran has all the makings of a top-notch number nine: he is a fantastic aerial player with a devastating left foot. Unai Emery reportedly has concerns about Duran’s demeanor and training style, though.
