1. Play as real manager

2. Set a tactical vision for your club
Setting a tactical vision for your club is one of the Career Mode tips you just don’t want to ignore because it will determine how your team plays. There are 7 tactics and it’s up to you to choose the one you you will be comfortable playing with. The tactics, which are Counter Attack, Kick and Rush, Pack the Bus, Standard, Wing Play, Gegenpressing and Tiki Taka, are one of the major additions in the newly introduced Tactical Vision system. 3. Hire Coaches With Same Tactical Vision As You
Another thing you should do is hire coaches that have the same tactical vision as you. These coaches are going to boost some of your players stats. Hire as many as your budget and staff capacity allows. If you pre-ordered FC 24, don’t forget to hire the five-star coach. He is an expert and has five stars for midfield, goalkeeping, attack and defense. Note that he comes at a big salary but is definitely worth it.
4. Play a Pre-Season Tournament
Not just play but win it if you want that extra money in the transfer budget. If you don’t win the tournament, there is no prize money. Remember to have a decent goal difference.
5. Attend Press Conference And Post-Match Interviews And Speak To The Media
This is a very easy and cheap way of boosting your players and team morale. Check all the icons after being asked a question and choose the positive one to respond. Say nice things if your team lost and see the morale of your players get green even if you just lost a match.
6. Player Chat
This one plays the same role as attending press conference and post-match interviews. Responding to the texts from your players in a positive way boost their morale. If you reply negatively the player’s morale is going to drop, and I bet you don’t want to do that.
7. Check Your Board Objectives
This will determine if you’re going to get sacked or not. Fulfill all the objectives of the club to avoid losing your job. It doesn’t matter even if you win five trophies in a season, if you don’t fulfill all the objectives there are high chances you’ll get sacked at the end of the season.

8. Play All The Cup Games
You see those ‘boring’ cup matches, whether it’s the third round or round of 16 where you’re sure of a win, just play them. Doing quick sims simply means you rely on AI for the results and you would be surprised if your team full of stars losses to an average team.
9. Focus On Signing Youngsters With High Potentials
Use sofifa.com to filter young players with high potentials and sign them to your club. You can choose the age limit and the potential you have. You can develop these youngsters faster by giving them playing time in cup matches and regularly naming them on your matchday squad.
