Nesryne El Chad is a Moroccan professional footballer who plays as a defender for the Morocco women’s national team and Division 1 Feminine club Lille.

Born and brought up in France to a Moroccan father and a French mother, the defender started playing football at a very young age at AS Saint-Etienne and later joined Lille OSC.

Chad won the Coupe de France Championship and in the following year, she won the French Division 1 Feminine championship.

She also plays for the Morocco women’s national team and was part of the squad that participated in the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations becoming the youngest player to score in the tournament.

The following year, Chad was named to the Morocco squad for the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup.

Chad was named to the Morocco squad for the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup. The defender is to be remembered for scoring her first goal for Morocco in a tournament against Uganda at the 2022 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.
