Career
Born in Ziar nad Hronom, Milan Skriniar began his football journey at local club Ziar nad Hronom in 2006. After a season, he joined the youth setup of MSK Zilina. He went through the club’s youth system until 2012 when he made his debut for the senior team.
Skriniar was 17 years and 49 days when he played his first Slovak Super Liga match on 27 March 2012 against ViOn Zlate Moravce.
In February 2013, Skriniar was loaned out to ViOn for the remainder of the 2013-14 season to get more playing time. On 29 January 2016, Sampdoria signed Skriniar from his boyhood club MSK Zilina on a four-and-a-half year deal. He waited until late April to make his debut for the Italian side.

Skriniar soon established himself as a regular in Sampdoria’s matches and impressed many with his performance. On 7 July 2017, he joined Inter Milan, signing a five-year deal.
During his time with the Italian giants, he played a crucial role as they won the Serie A title in 2020. On 6 July 2023, Milan Skriniar joined French giants Paris Saint-Germain.
