It has become a very difficult job for managers to provide results in the ever-growing competitive nature of football.

A manager has to comply and do his job within the budget and the limitations of the team. Once a manager provides results and wins trophies the pressure is on to repeat it again.

Managers are often sacked because of the lack of repetition. However, there are some managers who have established a dominant reputation and are unscathed and they never got sacked by their teams.

1) Jurgen Klopp

Klopp will go down as one of the best managers of all time alongside Pep Guardiola. He has managed Mainz, Dortmund, and Liverpool. Jurgen has never been sacked as a manager.

The reason for this is that, unlike Pep, he has never had the best budgets to work with. In fact, he has never taken charge of a star-studded team.

His name first came up amongst the headlines when Dortmund made it to the UCL final in 2013. Unfortunately, Klopp lost to Bayern Munich.

After leaving Borussia, he joined Liverpool. Klopp has led the Scousers to one Europa League final, two Champions League finals in the span of five years. He has won the CL and Premier League in 2019 ending Liverpool’s drought after 30 years.

2) Pep Guardiola

Pep is one of the best managers of the 21st century. He was one of the key players for Barcelona during his playing time.

Later on, Guardiola managed Barcelona, Bayern, and is currently at Manchester City. The Spanish mastermind has managed the 2009-2011 Barcelona side which is arguably the best team ever.

He has won the UCL twice with Barcelona and under his management, Lionel Messi has achieved the impossible, scoring 91 goals in 2012.

He then proceeded to take on a new challenge at Manchester City. Pep then won 3 Premier League titles in 4 years. The Cityzens under his management has become regular contenders for both the PL and UCL.

3) Zinedine Zidane

Zidane is considered one of the best players in the history of football. The Frenchman has achieved wonders in both his playing career and managerial career as well.

He has won 2 La Liga titles and won the iconic Champions League treble with Real Madrid (2016-2018).

While his achievements are legendary, his managerial tactics are not at par with the likes of Klopp and Pep. Zidane had acquired a star-studded team and guided them with prime Cristiano Ronaldo at the helm.

He has not won the UCL without Cristiano in his team. Zidane has resigned twice and has never been sacked as a manager at Real Madrid.

4) Luis Enrique

Luis has managed both the club and the national team(Spain) as well. The former Barcelona manager was at the helm during their golden days.

He won the UCL with the Catalonia side in 2015 annihilating everyone throughout the campaign. Enrique not only won the 5th UCL but also won a treble with them.

He won 2 La Liga titles,3 Copa Del Rey as well with Barca. Luis also inspired the comeback against PSG which is perhaps the greatest comeback in football history.

The Spaniard has done a great job with Spain as well. His side reached the Euro 2020 semifinals and the Nations League final as well.

5) Didier Deschamps

France won their 2nd World Cup under Didier Deschamps. The 53-year-old began his managerial career at Monaco in 2003.

He then led AS Monaco to their first UCL final in 2004 eventually losing to Jose Mourinho. Didier has also coached Juventus and Marseille as well. Deschamps then took charge of France at the Euros 2012 and is still at the helm.

Les Bleus received a lot of criticism after Switzerland made an excellent comeback in Euros 2020 Quarterfinal.

Switzerland won on penalties, knocking France out of the competition. However, Didier and his men won the Nations League beating Spain in the finals.
