Even the guests were kept in the dark about the wedding’s details, as attendees were reportedly told the venue, Crewe Registry Office, in a text earlier that day.
Harry and Fern, both 29, first met as teenagers and have been together for ten years.
The couple, who have been engaged since 2018, kept the ceremony’s details hidden from everyone except their closest family and friends.
According to the publication, they plan to renew their vows this summer in a romantic ceremony in France.
Harry’s parents, Zoe and Alan, were said to have traveled from their home near Sheffield to attend the ceremony.
According to a source, ‘it was a closely guarded secret to all but their closest family and friends.’
It is said that the couple wanted to get married in the UK before going to Franc Fern’s wedding day will be a fairytale wedding day.’
Daisy, Harry’s sister, was reportedly a bridesmaid at the more lavish ceremony, which will take place at a chateau in Burgundy.
Joe, 30, and Laurence, 25, will also be there, as will his teammate Jordan Pickford, whose wife Megan Davison will reportedly be a bridesmaid.
Fern is said to be very excited about getting married at such a romantic location after ten years with Harry, and she is busy planning the wedding.

After Harry took her away to Paris, Fern announced the couple’s engagement in February 2018.
Lillie Saint Maguire, the couple’s first child, was born on April 3, 2019, exactly nine months after England defeated Colombia on penalties in the 2018 World Cup.
The couple then welcomed their second daughter Piper Rose, now two, into the world just over a year later, in May 2020.
The ceremony brings a happy ending to Maguire’s miserable season on the field, which saw him booed by England fans at Wembley Stadium in March.
Maguire’s family was then rocked last month when he received a sickening bomb threat.
Cheshire police with sniffer dogs were dispatched to Maguire and Fern’s £4 million mansions, but no explosive material was discovered.
