Arsenal have identified yet another summer target to boost their attacking options next campaign, with interest in Ajax star Quincy Promes.
The 28-year-old is valued at around £25million by the Eredivisie club and could sell their attacker should Arsenal meet their bid.
The Dutch international netted 16 goals and provided five assists in 28 games for Ajax this season before the league was prematurely halted by the pandemic.
The skilful winger was linked to Emirates last season following excellent displays. Premier League winners Liverpool were also admirers of the former Sevilla player but failed to lure him to Anfield.
Arsenal have already completed the signing of Chelsea player Willian, who joins the Gunners on a free transfer, ending a seven-year stint at Stamford Bridge.
The Brazilian international has signed a three year deal with the North London club with £100k worth of wages a week.
The 32-year-old will undoubtedly strengthen the attacking options for Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta who looks to build a stronger squad for the next campaign.
With Alexander Lacazette looking to join Juventus, the move for Promes would be ideal although Juventus could sign Lacazette on a swap deal with the potential of Gonzalo Higuain going the other side.
