LeBron James and Dwayne Wade were among the most formidable names in the NBA when paying for Miami Heat.
Add Chris Bosh to this equation and you describe basketball’s greatness and spectacular performances by the most dominant trio to ever play for the Heat.
They formed one of the most remarkable, dominant, and effective Big Threes in the history of the world’s premier basketball league.
However, the genesis of this formidable trio was not a random occurrence. It had a starting point, influenced and indirectly fertilized by another NBA superstar.
While never becoming a part of this trio he played a significant role in its formation, Kobe Bryant was the unseen factor for the Heat’s success.
Years after Wade, Bosh, and James dazzled the NBA and the global basketball scene in Miami, it emerged that Bryant was the ‘motivating factor’ in hindsight.

He tactfully persuaded James to join them in an effort to obliterate the Lakers who were then on an overdrive with Bryant’s magical touch all over the floor.
Wade revealed in an interview with the SKWeek Show how he masterfully orchestrated the assembly of the Heat’s Big Three in challenging the Lakers,
Wade disclosed the details of how he successfully persuaded LeBron James to join the Miami Heat, ultimately leading to their championship victories in 2012 and 2013.
He was flanked by football legend Thierry Henry and other guests including Tony Parker, Pau Gasol and Dirk Nowitzki.
“I was watching TV, I saw Kobe shoot the ball and start celebrating. I picked up the phone and called LeBron, well what are you going to do? It was our free agency and they (Los Angeles Lakers) were completely dominating the NBA. Kobe had just won all those rings, he has five and we only have one, it couldn’t be,” narrated Wade.
Wade had witnessed Bryant, Gasol put up an unmatchable game to defeat the Boston Celtics and secured their second consecutive championship.
In his mind, James who is currently with the Lakers was the missing puzzle for the Miami Heat and his idea of bringing him to the team came up.

A few weeks later after Bryant and his legion of Lakers players beat the Celtics, both Bosh and James became free agents.
And in the months that followed, they, along with Wade, dominated the NBA by signing with the Miami Heat and crafted a well-known chapter in basketball history.
James’ time in the Miami Heat was very successful. He led the Heat to four straight NBA Finals appearances (2011-2014) and two NBA championships (2012 and 2013). He was also named NBA Finals MVP twice (2012 and 2013).
In addition to his team’s success, James also achieved individual accolades during his time in Miami. He was named NBA MVP twice (2012 and 2013) and was selected to the All-NBA First Team four times.
His success in Miami helped to transform the Heat into one of the most successful teams in the NBA. Before James arrived, the Heat had never won an NBA championship.
However, with him leading the way, the Heat quickly became one of the most dominant teams in the league.
His departure from Miami Heat in 2014 was a major blow to the franchise. However, his time here was a huge success for both him and the team.
He helped to bring two NBA championships to Miami and established himself as one of the greatest players in NBA history.
