8. Sean Dyche (Everton) – £5.5 million
It seems like wise business to ensure Premier League survival with a seasoned manager like Sean Dyche for £5.5 million a year, considering that it may be worth up to £100 million to a team.
Due to his dismissal from Burnley in April of the year before to their relegation, Sean Dyche can confidently declare that he has never experienced relegation from the Premier League. Signing a deal that reflects his status as a savior, Dyche was brought in to help Everton avoid relegation danger.
7. Eddie Howe (Newcastle United) – £6 million

Having secured Champions League football for Newcastle, Eddie Howe inked a new “long-term contract”. The amount of the price is unknown, but it’s said that Howe and his backroom team got a big pay boost; Howe used to make about £4 million a year.
With Eddie Howe so beloved at Newcastle United and the players helping to rebuild pride at the North-East England club, Newcastle’s owners PIF will feel that Eddie Howe’s £6 million compensation is money well spent.
6. Unai Emery (Aston Villa) – £8 million
Under his new deal, which extends until 2027, Unai Emery will now make £8 million a year instead of £6 million.
Emery’s new deal comes as compensation for transforming Villa from a team in danger of relegation to a contender for the Champions League.
5. Erik Ten Hag (Manchester United) – £9.7 million

Ten Hag will join at the conclusion of the 2021–2022 season, and the club has faith in his long-term project, as seen by his vision for United and his pay.
Erik Ten Hag is among the top 5 earners in the Premier League, so for the time being, he may relax knowing that the new owners, INEOS, may ultimately decide to impose their will on who leads Manchester United.
4. Mikel Arteta (Arsenal) – £11 million
Since joining Arsenal, Arteta has concentrated on strengthening the team through discipline and youth.
This has earned him a new contract and a place among the league’s top earners. The Kroenke family made a wise investment as Arsenal has challenged for the championship with very little in the way of transfer expenditures over the past two seasons.

Pochettino’s transfer to Chelsea and his big compensation underscore his esteemed standing in top management after he made a name for himself at Tottenham.
In his first year as manager, Pochettino was reportedly expected to make £10.4 million; however, we think the number is more like £12 million, which would be in line with his prior pay at Paris Saint-Germain.

Klopp‘s transformational influence on Liverpool, which resulted in Premier League and Champions League triumphs, guarantees him a place among the highest-paid managers.
When the 2023–24 season comes to a close, Klopp will no longer be able to claim his £20 million yearly compensation. As a result, only the most elite teams in the world will be able to recruit one of the highest-paid managers in the world, regardless of where he ends up next.
1. Pep Guardiola (Manchester City) – £25 million
Guardiola dominated the league with five trophies, and his elite remuneration reflects his unrivaled success rate and tactical skill. Without a doubt, Pep Guardiola is the highest-paid manager in the world; the Spaniard’s compensation has increased in tandem with each championship he has won with the Manchester Club.
The world’s top managers as well as the greatest football players are on display in the English Premier League. From Pep Guardiola’s technical expertise to David Moyes’s seasoned leadership, the compensation packages show the enormous value these managers offer to their teams.
