  • Chelsea had several chances but they did not make it.

It was a celebration time when Manchester City secured their win against Chelsea when they won over their rivals, giving them another chance to the FA Cup with Bernado Silva’s last strike.

This win will help Manchester City get back to the Champions League and to keep their FA cup and Premier League dream alive. It was a close match with Chelsea having several opportunities to convert but they failed to, giving Man City a chance to win a late goal from Bernardo Silva.

Regardless of the FA Cup outcome during this winning match against Chelsea, Man City have been performing well in the Premier league and almost guaranteed to finish in the top four positions, which will give them a direct qualification to the champions league group stage.

Even if they were recently knocked out, their participation in the Champions League quarter finals this season would have boosted their chances for qualification through the league position alone, meaning, their Champions League was not dependent on winning the FA Cup.
