Vickie Guerrero made her wrestling debut in 2005 as a face during the feud between her husband Eddie and Rey Mysterio. She was brought into the feud only to fuel the fire and made several appearances.
In 2006, several months after the death of Eddie Guerrero, Vickie began making more appearances prominently in controversial storylines. She first asserted herself during the feud between Rey Mysterio and Chavo Guerrero, acting as a peacemaker.
Vickie turned face in 2007 and made a few appearances in the ring before Vince McMahon named her as the new General Manager.
In early 2008, she formed La Familia with pro wrestlers Edge, Chavo, the team of Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder, and later Bam Neeely. As part of La Familia storyline, Vickie made appearances sitting on a wheelchair.

Vickie’s run as the General Manager of SmackDown came to an end in 2011. That same year, she became the General Manager of Raw, a position she held until 2013.
In 2014, Vickie Guerrero decided to end her wrestling career. However, she returned for WWE specials the following year.
Between 2016 and 2018, she made sporadic appearances, including at the 2018 Royal Rumble where she was eliminated by Becky Lynch.
