On transferring to Cal Fullerton, the player became a two-time All-Big West Conference selection where he was named as the Conference’s Player Of the Year. He was also a finalist for the Lou Henson Award.

Upon graduating from Cal Fullerton, Brandon was not drafted by the NBA and he played professionally for several teams in the NBA G League, the Dominican Republic, Lebanon and the Philippines.
