Like his two older brothers, Mac Allister began playing football at Club Social y Deportivo Parque. After a few years, he joined Argentinos Juniors and went through the club’s youth setup.
Mac Allister spent five years at the Argentinos Juniors academy before making his first-team debut on 30 October 2016. He come on as a second-half substitute in a 0-0 draw against Central Cordoba.
