F1 driver Lando Norris has been robbed for the second time in two years this time in Spain.

The McLaren driver was on holiday in Marbella, Spain, with a group of friends when their villa was swept clean by thugs.

Norris spoke about the robbery ahead of the Austrian Grand Prix, saying that an assortment of things were stolen from the villa. He did not specify what items were taken, but said that some were expensive.

The robbery is currently under investigation, and Norris has said that he is not allowed to say too much about it. However, he did confirm that he was out with friends when the robbery took place.

“We were out for dinner and our place got robbed. A mixture of many things were stolen. Some were expensive and some were not so expensive. It is still an ongoing investigation so I cannot say too much,” Daily Express reports.

Norris’ friend, social media influencer Jennie Dimova, also spoke about the robbery on TikTok.

She said that everything she ever owned was taken, including her clothes, shoes, bags, and jewelry. Dimova said that she was “left with literally nothing” and that she “cried for two hours” after the robbery.

This is not the first time that Norris has been the victim of a robbery. In July 2021, he was mugged for his £144,000 luxury Richard Mille watch after the Euro 2020 final.

The watch was one of only five in the world, and it was custom made for the McLaren driver.

This happened after the McLaren driver witnessed England lose the chance to win the European Championship at Wembley Stadium in July 2021.

He was confronted by two men while heading to his car and they put him on a headlock which is how the watch was stolen.

Norris recalled it all in his statement to the police after the incident.

“After attending Wembley Stadium I was speaking to members of the public and noticed Suspect One and Suspect Two walk around my car, while I was talking to other people. I noticed them looking at my car and myself and the first one was keeping his head down and had his right hand near his pocket,” the statement read.

Meanwhile, Norris is cruising in style following the delivery of his newly customized, limited edition of McLaren 765L estimated to cost £280,000 ($349,419).

He waited for 18 months to get this car which is highly personalized and takes after the 205 mph rocket.

The 23-year-old McLaren driver sought the assistance of MSO to create a one-of-a-kind limited-edition car. MSO is McLaren’s bespoke design section.

Soon after delivery, he said this is one of the finest McLarens he has driven and he is happy that he designed it.

He told The Sun that he feels great driving a car he designed. The exterior of Norris’ modified car has a unique blue gloss carbon fibre finish, and the brake callipers have a yellow finish which is the colour of his F1 helmet.
