Samba started his youth career in 2001 when he played for Pacy Vallee-de’Eure. He then joined the Madeleine Evreux club the following year. In 2006, he joined the Le Havre youth team and in 2011, he began his senior career for the club.

In 2013, he joined Marseille from La Havre AC, signing a four-and-a-half-year contract, making his professional debut for the club in a Coupe de France game against Stade de Reims. He made a home win with two goals.
In July 2015, he joined AS Nancy on a season-long loan. His net worth has been garnered from football earnings. Brice joined Caen on a four-year deal from Marseille on June 2017 playing for the club for two seasons.
