In addition to his chain of restaurants, he also owns several nightclubs, a shopping center and a movie theatre, hundreds of car washes and 40 24-hour fitness centers. He also owns several companies partly including The General, Marilyn Monroe, and JCPenney among others where he has shares.

Shaq is also a minority owner of NBA team Sacramento Kings.

SHAQUILLE RETIREMENT

Shaquille O’Neal is one of the greatest NBA players of all time having played for six NBA teams in his 19-year career. He played for Orlando Magic, Los Angeles Lakers, Miami Heat, Phoenix Suns, Cleveland and Boston Celtics.

During his 19-year career, he was a four-time champion who won multiple individual accolades including NBA Rookie of the Year, NBA Most Valuable Player, USA Basketball Male Athlete of the Year and Texas Mr. Basketball.

He retired from playing basketball in 2011 and his final season was with the Boston Celtics, transitioned into a successful sports analyst as well as a successful businessman running several ventures including restaurants and a line of basketball shoes.

He is also a minority owner of NBA team Sacramento Kings and has a line of business suits and jewelry. He is a strategic advisor for Myx Fitness and Beachbody that merged with Forest Road Acquisition in 2021.

We can not forget that he also owns a line of basketball shoes with Walmart makes and in 2023, he had sold more than 400 million pairs of shoes.

SHAQUILLE WIFE

Shaquille was married to Shaunice Handerson for nine years and together they had four children, two sons and two daughters. However, they divorced in 2011 and since then, Shaq has been single. However, Shaunice moved on. She got married to Keith Fulton in 2018 and she is currently a successful reality TV star and entrepreneur.

She has a show, “Basketball Wives” that follows the lives of women who are connected to NBA players either currently or through past relationships, showcasing their relationships, careers and challenges.
