Harry Kane is a striker for Bayern Munich and his three children were recently involved in a car crash in Munich, near where their father plays for Bayern Munich. The children were traveling in a Mercedes van when it collided with a Renault.
They were rescued by an ambulance and taken to the hospital for acheck-up and luckily, they did not sustain any serious injuries. During the time of the accident, his wife Kate and their fourth child who is months old were not in the van.
The incident took place in Bavaria, and Kane was away in London with Bayern Munich ahead of their Champions League clash against Arsenal. It happened on Monday when the car collided with the van the children were in, as it tried to turn onto the motorway slip road.
A volunteer in the fire department told the media that all the cars involved had a lot of damage and the first thing they saw was a lot of injured people from all the cars. However, he said that nobody had strong injuries.
The Mercedes van was driven by a 24-year old German woman and the airbags of the van had deployed due to the impact of the crash. In the car were three children between the ages of five and seven.
By the time the crash unfolded, Kane had just landed in London ahead of the first leg of Bayern’s quarter-final clash against Arsenal. This was his first club appearance in England since joining Bayern Munich.
