History Of El Clasico

To start with, FC Barcelona is the oldest of the two clubs having been founded in 1899. Three years later, Real Madrid were founded and the first El Clasico was played. Since La Liga didn’t exist at that time, the two teams played most of their initial matches as friendlies.
