Career
Jeff Hardy briefly competed in amateur wrestling during his high school days. In 1998, Jeff and his older brother Matt Hardy signed a contract with WWF, later known as WWE. The brothers were placed under the Raw section where they competed as a tag team called the Hardy Boyz.
Jeff quickly became a household name in Vince McMahon’s promotion, thanks to his death-defying moves from 10 to 20 feet up in the air. During his early years, he competed on various occasions with the aim of winning singles titles. He faced the likes of The Undertaker but was unsuccessful.
