Scottie Scheffler developed interest in golf at the age of three after his parents gave him a set of plastic clubs and ball. Growing up, he trained at the Royal Oaks Golf Club under instructor Randy Smith. He enjoyed success at the youth level, winning 75 times on the PGA junior circuit.
