The love affair between tennis stars Paula Badosa and Stefanos Tsitsipas is seemingly over.
With an Instagram account created to document their love story, Tsitsipas and Badosa quickly rose to fame on social media after announcing their relationship.
Tsitsipas, the world No. 5 said his relationship with the former world No. 2 Badosa was boosting his morale on and off the court in regular images of the couple taking vacations together away from the court.
Just a few weeks ago, he said that Badosa is the shining light in his life and he added that the feeling was mutual.
“I changed my life because Paula Badosa brought a bright light into it, and I did the same for her. I’ll be completely honest, I’ve never been more excited about the future, both in my private life and in my professional life. I really want to make the most of it.

“Her presence in my life helps me a lot. She has changed my approach to the game in a way that I never expected,” he wrote.
On her part, Badosa said all she wanted was to be with him ‘for as long as she wanted’. She painted a picture of a perfect relationship with a man she described as her best friend
She added that being a tennis player made her understand the low moments of the sport which enable her understand Tsitsipas.
“I play tennis myself, so I understand the moments and the frustration it can have, the pressure. I just want him to know that I’m here for him. In the weeks when I won’t be able to play, like now, I’ll be with him.
“I will be honest. He’s someone I’ve always followed because I really liked his style of play, but I also liked his appearance because he’s a very charming man,” she said.
Badosa fell in love with Tsitsipas after listening to a few of his interviews and she finally met him and the admiration changed to love.

The pair’s joint Instagram account had all of its photographs removed, and while it initially appeared as though this was a love tale that would survive, rumours are now circulating that the couple is no longer together.
Additionally, Tsitsipas and Badosa seem to have removed photos from their joint Instagram account and altered their personal profiles to remove photos of the couple together.
The additions to their individual Instagram accounts fueled online rumours that this romance may have encountered rough waters.
Badosa also shared pictures of herself on what she jokingly described as a “date” with world No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka.
Both Badosa and Tsitsipas are yet to address the breakup rumour in what tennis fans say is the most disheartening song.
