Career
Jeff Jarrett started as a referee before deciding to become a fully-fledged wrestler. He made his in-ring debut at the age of 18 after being challenged to a match by Tony Falk. During the 1980s, he wrestled with American Wrestling Association and Continental Wrestling Foundation.
In 1992, Jarrett made his major debut in World Wrestling Federation (WWF, later known as WWE). In his first match, he defeated the legendary Bret Hart. Unfortunately, he would then lose the next matches he fought against Bret Hart.
In 1995, Jeff Jarrett won his first major title, the Intercontinental Championship, at the Royal Rumble. He won the Intercontinental Championship two more times after losing it.

Jarrett eventually retired from in-ring competition in 2021 after years of feuding with the likes of The Rock and Shawn Michaels, among others.
