It will cost you $371 (£291) to spend a magical night at Cromlix House Hotel owned by British tennis star Andy Murray.
This luxurious hotel sits on a 34-acre property in Stirlingshire, Scotland which Murray and his wife Kim Murray run.
The Murrays purchased the historic estate in 2013 and initially entrusted a management company with its care. However, they have taken on direct management of the property and undergone considerable reconstruction and restoration work.
It was a smooth ride as the Murrays discovered some bats had taken up residence in one of their buildings before it was renovated and had to deal with the situation.
Cromlix House Hotel is one of the picturesque properties in Stirlingshire which is a short distance from Murray’s hometown of Dunblane.
This five-star Victorian palace has a vast beautiful garden all around it. According to Luxury Scotland, the property is a 15-bedroom estate with a one-bedroom Gate Lodge, providing visitors with a very lavish stay.

It is among the best hotels in the area, as evidenced by its recent Scottish Hotel Awards victory as the 2019 Luxury Country House Hotel of the Year.
The venue’s prime location makes it an excellent starting point for day tours around Scotland. Of course, there are tennis courts on the property, as well as a coach there.
The Murrays have worked to preserve the location so that guests can experience sumptuous Victorian country life. In keeping with the rich heritage of the magnificent structure, Cromlix has also been furnished with specifically sourced Scottish antique furnishings.
Regarding the price of a stay at Cromlix, it might vary greatly depending on the package and season. But, the rates start from $371.
Dogs are welcome in the dog-friendly bedrooms at Cromlix if you have a furry family. These unique accommodations include a bowl, a bed, a welcoming gift, and an extra treat at bedtime.
Dogs are permitted in the Drawing Room areas, but not in the Glasshouse restaurant or bar, according to the most recent guidelines.
In the restaurant’s open kitchen, Executive Head Chef Darin Campbell and a talented crew cook foods made from locally sourced ingredients while drawing design cues from the environment to “create a landscape of flavour, colour, and texture on every plate.”
The hotel’s 15 rooms each have unique furnishings and decorations. In a 2022 study, it was discovered that Cromlix provided the best value for money in Scotland for five-star lodging.
