  • Howard invited Harper to his home for a s3xual encounter

Stephen Harper recently filed a lawsuit against former Lakers star, Dwight Howard, accusing him of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and false imprisonment.

The report, covered by Radar Online, includes text message screenshots exchanged between Harper and the NBA Champion.

According to court documents, the alleged incident took place at Howard’s residence in Georgia on July 19, 2021. The lawsuit claims that after several months of exchanging explicit messages on Instagram, Howard invited Harper to his home for a s3xual encounter.

However, the situation took a distressing turn when another individual, identifying as “Kitty” and dressed as a woman, joined them at Howard’s home. Harper asserts that he did not consent to this unexpected addition but was persuaded by Howard to stay.

The most harrowing part of the lawsuit alleges that Howard and “Kitty” engaged in s3xual acts and coerced Harper into participating against his will, even after he expressed his refusal.

Harper claims that Howard made threatening remarks, stating that he would do whatever he pleased and that Harper would enjoy it.

In fear for his safety, if he resisted, Harper complied with their demands. After the encounter, he felt “extremely violated and humiliated” and was in shock. Harper attempted to leave in an Uber, but Howard insisted that he take a ride with “Kitty” instead.

This incident isn’t the first time Howard has been embroiled in a sexual scandal. In 2019, he faced another legal dispute when Masin Elije claimed to be in a same-s3x relationship with the basketball player.

Howard vehemently denied these allegations in an interview with FOX Sports. Additionally, Howard has faced multiple s3xual-related accusations from the mother of his oldest child, Royce Reed, a former Orlando Magic cheerleader.

The NBA star has legally acknowledged five children with different women, and there have been allegations of him fathering up to eight kids.

Howard is not married hitherto. He was previously married to WNBA star Te’a Cooper from 2019 to 2021 and then split. They have a daughter together named Ella Rae.

Howard has also been in relationships with other women, including Royce Reed and Melissa Rios. He has five children from these relationships and another rumoured three kids with ‘secrete women’.

He now plays for Qingdao Eagles of the Chinese Basketball Association (CBA) after his final NBA appearance with the Los Angeles Lakers in 2022.

Howard has not made any official announcements, although there have been some whispers that he could retire soon. He is still doing well, averaging 17.8 points and 12.5 rebounds per game in the CBA.

He might make a comeback to the NBA in the coming season but he could also decide to retire and concentrate on his other private ventures. He co-founded the Dwight Howard Family Foundation and also has his own apparel line.

Nevertheless, these fresh allegations Howard have raised more questions about his behaviour and NBA fans are keenly following the development of the case.
