Bogdan signed his first professional contract with KK Partizan making his EuroLeague debut with the team, later invited to play for the Serbian national team.
He then signed a four-year contract with Fenerbahce while Partizan also received a buyout from Fenerbahce, then joined Sacramento Kings after being selected by the Phoenix Suns with the 27th overall pick in the 2014 NBA draft.
The guard signed a four-year contract with Atlanta Hawks worth $72 million, suffered a knee injury and was ruled out for some time until his recovery.
He represented the Serbian national team in the European U18 Championship and while still under Partizan, he was selected to play for Serbia’s national team U19 at the FIBA U19 World Championship in Latvia.
In the senior team, he represented Serbia in the 2016 Summer Olympics where they won a silver medal after losing to the United States.
He also represented Serbia in the EuroBasket 2017 where they won a silver medal and two years later at the FIBA Basketball World Cup.
