Coming from a family with athletic prowess, there were high chances young Donna was going to be a professional athlete. Growing up, she was inspired by Maria Sharapova and Roger Federer, hence dreaming to become a professional tennis player.
Donna began playing tennis in Osijek at the age of five before her family moved to London at twelve.
