Ben White began his football journey as a small child at Southampton in 2006. After years with the club, he was released at the age of 16 and he joined Brighton & Hove Albion.
White made his senior debut with Brighton in 2016 after spending two years at the academy. His first game for Brighton was on 15 August in a 4-0 home victory over Colchester United. He played every second of the EFL Cup match and had to wait until the next round of the EFL Cup to play his second game for Brighton.
