Erling Haaland diet plan is intriguing and very local. He rarely eats processed foods. One of his favourites is beef and palatable internal organs. He feasts on a cow’s liver and heart.
He says that eating locally is a guarantee that he is only giving his body quality food which enables him to perform well.
“I eat the heart and liver,” Haaland says in The Big Decision, a documentary. “I care about taking care of my body. I think eating quality food that is as local as possible is the most important thing. People say meat is bad, but which meat? Which one? The meat you buy at McDonald’s? Or the local cow that eats grass right there?”
The Man City defender loves his beef juicy and tender. He also enjoys chicken, fish, and mutton. His father, Alfie, prepares lasagna for Haaland prior to games. Alfie says in the documentary that his son’s meal plan was inspired by Al-Nassr later admitted that Cristiano Ronaldo’s excellent diet has had some influence on his son’s eating habits.
According to Alfie, Patrice Evra told him a story about a lunchtime encounter with Cristiano Ronaldo during which the Portuguese player only ate fish. Now Erling tries to follow suit.
HOW MANY CALORIES DOES ERLING HAALAND EAT A DAY?
Some 6,000 calories a day make up Erling Haaland diet plan which explains his high energy at Etihad. Although dieticians argue that this is too much, his height and daily activities allow him to gobble up this amount of calories. Therefore, he is able to maintain peak physical condition and performance on the pitch.
Besides beef, liver and heart; he takes a lot of milk and lasagna to meet his daily caloric target. Rehydration is also on top of his food chain and he has a state-of-the-art water filtration system. Further, he gets quality sleep and has special glasses to filter blue light that affects his sleep.

Additionally, getting a few minutes of sunshine also helps him remain in top shape besides having ice baths.
“The first thing I do in the morning is get some sunlight in my eyes; it’s good for the circadian rhythm. I also started filtering my water a little bit. I think it can have great benefits for my body,” he continues.
Since his days at Red Bull Salzburg to Etihad; Haaland has had a significant body transformation. He rose from a frail-looking teen to a muscular young man giving many EPL teams a headache in tackling him during matches
While natural bodily maturation and growth are, of course, a part of that process, Haaland’s differences over the previous several years have been so noticeable that it is obvious he made a deliberate attempt to put on weight.
The Norwegian EPL player admitted in the recent past that he put on a few kilos to 94 kgs.
“I have become a real man. I have become faster. That is one of the most important things. I have gone from 86 kilos to 94, but it is not a beer belly, it is about gross muscle mass. I take great care of what I eat,” he adds.
He is happy about it because he moves faster and with ease despite the high-calorie amount in Erling Haaland diet plan.
