Serie A giant Juventus could terminate its contract with Paul Pogba, an ex-Manchester United midfielder.
The Serie A team has had a challenging season, and Pogba’s future is hanging in the balance as the club reportedly considers selling him or terminating his contract.
Returning to the Italian club, Pogba criticised Manchester United for making him an unfavourable contract renewal offer.
The Red Devils acquired Pogba for £100 million from Juventus after an impressive run with the Serie A club and France national team.
He then left Old Trafford on a contentious note, giving the infamous Pogmentary interview in which he criticised the team for making a flimsy and inadequate contract renewal offer that he later turned down.

His final season with the Red Devils was even worse than the one before he left for Juventus. He only managed one goal in 20 games for the Premier League team.
Since joining Turin in 2022, it appears he has also failed to turn around his declining fortunes there.
Pogba sustained a knee injury during a preseason friendly, delaying his first Old Ladies appearance. He rejoined the Bianconeri in their shocking 2-0 Serie A loss to Monza after a protracted absence from the team.
Because of “soreness in his flexors,” Juventus manager Max Allegri revealed there had been a setback before his debut. He was substituted out of the game.
His dreams have grown more intense as a result, and there are rumours that the club is considering unconventional measures to end his failed tenure there.
Juventus is reportedly considering cancelling his contract or selling him, with the MLS being suggested as his potential next destination due to the diplomatic spat between both parties.
In Juventus’ past 27 games, Pogba was a no-show. Pundits says that way he handled the injury is a big part of the strained relations between him and the team.
It’s said that the French star’s decision to forego surgery for his knee ailment contributed to the length of his absence from the field. He has continuously remained active on social media while absent from the club.

His social media presence has calmed down fans who are otherwise asking why he is yet to make a star of himself in Turin like back in the day before moving to Old Trafford.
Juventus are upset with Pogba, according to Gazzetta dello Sport, since they spent more than £31 million to lure him back to Turin, where he signed a four-year deal for £7 million annually.
He reportedly received £2.9 million from the club last year despite not making a single appearance for them.
The 2022/23 season is one of the most challenging seasons for Pogba in his football career. It is plagued by a yet-to-heal injury and underperformance, threatening his football career.
Before moving back to Juventus, he sustained a torn meniscus on his right knee that kept him off from the World Cup later in November 2022. Now, he is out of 27 games for the Serie A giants, which adds more trouble to his career.
