  • Cristiano Ronaldo has already made it clear that he wants to leave Manchester United
  • According to sources, the soccer stars intends to play in the Champions League
  • Real Madrid is not looking to sign the United star
  • Bayern Munich has also ruled out any possibilities of signing the star

Real Madrid is not in the running to sign Cristiano Ronaldo, who is currently looking for a new team.

The forward wants to keep competing for the Champions League, which would be his sixth title, and win it so that he can break his records in terms of goals scored (he is 15 goals ahead of Messi).

The Portuguese player, who will turn 38 in the month of February, has returned to Manchester United after a season in which he had strong figures on the individual level but a poor season on the team level in what has been his first season back with the club.

The player is still on the bench for the English team, which has had a sensational start to the preseason.

Even though Ten Hag has stated that he has faith in the player, people in Manchester are beginning to believe that there is no other option but to part ways with Cristiano Ronaldo.

The Portugal international did not travel with Manchester United for their preseason, and it is now unknown whether or not we will ever see him play for the club again.

According to Jacobs of CBS, Ronaldo’s agent is telling clubs that Cristiano Ronaldo is willing to take a significant wage cut to get a transfer away from United. However, it appears that Ronaldo will not be returning to Real Madrid in the near future.

The fact that Ronaldo netted 24 goals across all competitions for a United squad that struggled last season despite his age suggests that he can still contribute to the success of many of Europe’s best teams.

On Wednesday, reports surfaced claiming that CR7 and Florentino Perez had participated in multiple meetings, even though such an event had never occurred before.

According to the information obtained by MARCA, Real Madrid’s plan will not alter immediately, and this does not involve the possibility of the player returning to Manchester United.

The executives of the white club have decided to wait for certain events to transpire before reevaluating the transfer market.

However, even if they do so after determining whether or not the players on whom they do not rely have been sold, Cristiano Ronaldo will not be among the players under consideration.

Ronaldo has been back at Old Trafford for less than a year, having arrived for a second period after leaving Juventus late in the summer. His first stint at Old Trafford was in the summer of 2003.

Bayern Munich is not looking to sign Ronaldo either

According to the Express, Oliver Kahn, the CEO of Bayern Munich, has once again laughed at rumours that the club is interested in signing Cristiano Ronaldo, only days after he denied that the club would recruit  the soccer star

The comments made by Kahn came just a few days after he maintained that a transfer including Ronaldo would not be in line with Bayern’s present philosophy.

“As highly as I rate Cristiano Ronaldo as one of the greatest, a transfer wouldn’t be a fit with our philosophy,” Kahn told Kicker
