After the take over by the Saudi Arabian led consortium, Newcastle united is poised to attract attention of world class players since money is a thing of past to them now.
Newcastle United fans across the globe cannot be robbed of their excitement for the coming transfer market where they will be deemed to flex muscles with the elite clubs to snatch some of the best talents in the transfer market.
its less than a week since the club was purchased bringing to an end of Mike Ashleys 14 years at the helm but since the club continues to be linked with top names in the European football such as Erling Haaland.
Newcastle all time record transfer is the $50m for Joelinton from Hoffenhem in 2019 which is likely to be broken in the coming summer transfer.
So, the club now have the funds to attract the best talents from around the world. Here are 7 players who Newcastle United could sign in the coming transfer window;
1. Anthony Martial (Manchester United)
The Frenchman started his career at Manchester United with a bang, scoring 17 goals in his first season, at just 18 years of age. However, he has struggled to find his best position at the club, with inconsistency being the theme of his tenure at United.

If Newcastle United comes knocking for the former Monaco player they will likely take him away, finances are part of them right now and this could give Martial the much platform he is missing currently at United to jump start his career.
2. Alexandre Lacazette (Arsenal)
The Frenchman has been instrumental to anything good that Arsenal have achieved over the last few seasons. But, Lacazette finds himself down the pecking order at the Emirates this year.
There has been interest in the striker from around Europe in recent transfer windows. Newcastle would do well to snap up an individual of his considerable quality and experience to lead them into their new era.
3. Franck Kessie (AC Milan)
The AC Milan destroyer is holding off on signing a new contract that will extend his stay at San Siro. This has pricked the ears of several Premier League clubs.
He has previously stated his desire to play in England and Newcastle could pounce on the opportunity to bring Kessie to St James’ Park.
His bullish nature and impeccable ability on the ball mean that he would be a spectacular signing, if Newcastle can pull it off.
4. Donny van de Beek (Manchester United)
Donny van de Beek joined Old Trafford in the summer of 2020, as Paul Pogba was on the cusp of leaving the club. However, Pogba continues to wear the famous red jersey and the Dutchman has found playing time hard to come by at United.
However, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is reportedly reluctant to allow Van De Beek to leave the club however it will fair to say that if United continues to bench the Dutchman they will likely loose him to Newcastle United where he will get more playing time.
Tyneside could prove to be an attractive option for the midfielder to resurrect his career.
5. Philippe Coutinho (Barcelona)
After leaving Liverpool for a record transfer, Philippe Coutinho never got off the ground at FC Barcelona. Always in the shadow of Lionel Messi, Coutinho failed to impress in Spain and was loaned out to Bayern Munich.

The Brazilian is now back at a falling Camp Nou, but could well be on his way out. Newcastle United would do well to capitalize on his undeniable quality and Premier League experience.
6. Renato Sanches (Lille)
Renato Sanches has been one of the more curious cases of footballing talent in recent years. After shining at Benfica as a youngster, Sanches joined Bayern Munich at just 18 years of age.
However, the Portuguese failed to live up to expectations and was soon loaned out, before being eventually sold. But, Sanches has found his form at Lille and would be the perfect midfield signing for the new Newcastle.
7. Aaron Ramsey (Juventus)
The Welshman has undeniable quality, but has failed to make the best use of his time in Italy over the last two years. Aaron Ramsey ran down his contract at Arsenal before joining Juventuson a free in 2019.
