Jon Rahm, a Spanish professional golfer has his full byline dubbed Jon Rahm Rodriguez. He was born on 10th November 1994 in Barrika, Basque Country in Spain.

His parents are Edorta Rahm and Angela Rodriguez. Being one of the most hailed golfers, Jon has bagged several rankings.

Jon Rahm was the world number 1 in the Official World Golf Ranking. He first achieved that rank after winning the Memorial Tournaments in July 2020.

Rahm is undoubtedly a force to reckon with in the field of golf. He was named the number one golfer in the World Amateur Golf Ranking for a record 60 weeks.

Jon played golf at the college level. He won 11 college golf tournaments, second in school history. Phil Mickelson is the lead having 16 college wins.

The next week Rahm played in his first event as a pro at the Quicken Loans National. He held or shared the lead for the first two rounds and finished tied for third place, four strokes behind the winner, Billy Hurley III.

Jon Rahm won the Farmers Insurance Open with a 60-foot eagle putt on the final hole. That was to notch his maiden PGA Tour title. The win was achieved in late January.

Having humped from 137th to 46th position in the Official World Golf Ranking, he gained entry in several events.

On 4 January 2021, it was announced that Rahm had signed a multi-year agreement with Callaway Golf Company. He will play prototype woods and irons, Callaway wedges, a Callaway Chrome Soft X ball and an Odyssey putter.
