Former Nigeria goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama is adjusting well to life at home during the spread of Covid-19.

He is also using his considerable influence on social media to spread awareness and prevention of the coronavirus.

“Home schooling.classes in session. this isn’t funny anymore but we will come out of it,” the 37-year-old posted on Instagram.

“Let’s all join the fight against #coronavirus.washing of hands frequently, using hand sanitizers, avoid hugging and handshaking, keep a safe distance, avoid crowded places, if you must cough and sneeze 🤧, please cover your mouth and nose. Let’s help the government and the medics stop the spread.”

The most-capped Nigerian international off all-time with 101 appearances for his nation, also posted a video of himself playing tennis in his driveway with an improvised net – using two small goalposts.

Along with the video he posted the caption: “This is how we roll here. How is it over there? The #stayhome #staysade won’t make us stay sad.#stayhome #stayhappy #createyourfun #coronaout”
